The Babysitters

The Babysitting Company babysitters are held to the highest standards in the industry. It is our feeling that a well-prepared babysitter will be both respected and appreciated and will provide the best quality of service to you and your children.

All Babysitters:

are over 18 years old
are legal to work in the United States
have at least 5 years of babysitting experience
have graduated high school
have been thoroughly screened
have been personally interviewed
have had a background check
have been drug tested and are subject to random drug testing
are non smokers
have passed a personality test
have provided at least 4 professional references and/or letters of
recommendations that have been checked
speak fluent English and many babysitters speak other languages
carry a valid CPR certification
sign a confidentiality agreement
are accessible at all times while with your children
wear The Babysitting Company t-shirt
complete at least 3 hours of shadowing a current sitter or a supervised group assignment

Sitters Are Required To Carry With Them:

photo identification will be presented to you upon sitters arrival
fully charged cell phone so that they can be reached at all times
the Babysitting Company binder
activities, games and books that are age appropriate
(disinfected before and after each assignment)
