Rachel Charlupski is originally from Detroit, Michigan where she began her career offering babysitting services. After graduating from West Bloomfield High School she attended Arizona State University. While in Arizona, she continued her career offering services in the greater Phoenix area. Much of her work was done for major hotels and resorts that were proud to offer her services. Rachel has been in the business for over 14 years.

Rachel loved the gratification parents got from their quality alone-time so much that she was encouraged to start The Babysitting Company. She is very pleased to offer a service that puts parents at ease in trusting her and her babysitters with their children. The personal attention shown to every family further demonstrates Rachel’s passion and innovative vision for childcare and client satisfaction. Rachel values family, happiness and an open-mind.
