Sitters can be available any time of the day or night, for as many hours as needed. A 4 hour minimum will apply. We are also able to accommodate last minute and special requests.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sitter at any time during the assignment, please call The Babysitting Company immediately and alternative arrangements will be made to meet your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all standard scheduled assignments and a 72 hour cancellation policy for holidays, special events and multiple sitter assignments. If the assignment is cancelled more than 24 hours (or 72 hours, as applicable) before the scheduled assignment, only the booking/processing fees will apply. If cancelled with less than required 24 or 72 hour notice time, then the 4 hour minimum will be charged to the credit card given at the time of reservation.
